Cancellation Policy

If cancelling 4 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.

If cancelling 8 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.

If cancelling 10 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.

If cancelling 20 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.

Conditions

Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in.

The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.

Check In at 3.00pm

Check Out at 10.30am

Early check in or late checkout is at the establishment's discretion and a small additional charge may apply. Luggage drop off or collection can also be arranged.
